What we do

Our restaurant has become a front runner on the American market. Given our unique recipes, we have managed to spread all across the country.

We are specialized in baby back ribs, but our menu is extremely comprehensive. Apart from ribs cooked in different recipes, we provide all kinds of meat based dishes, as well as options for gluten free dishes, vegetarians and vegans. Please let us know if you have any allergies before you order and we will look after you.

We also bring in a fine collection of wines, but our cocktails and long drinks can always compliment a tasty meal too.

We want the best for our customers, so we have a 5/5 healthy and safety rating. We only rely on organic meat and ingredients. We do not use any frozen foods in our recipes and we do not cook in bulk. Everything we serve is prepared on the spot based on the customers’ orders – from fresh and natural ingredients.
